1. How Long will it take for my carpets to dry?
This depends on many factors, the pile density, air circulation and temprature in the room, therfore it can be difficult to predict. Most carpets will be left virtually dry by the time your carpets have been cleaned. However if you have a deep pile carpet it can take 24 hours for it to be totaly dry.
We use turbo dryers (air movers) where neccesary which accelerates the drying process. If you are having your sofa cleaned, then its most important for it to be dry as quick as possible, we'll always use a turbo dryer when cleaning your suite.
2: I suffer from asthma, Surely im better off with wood floors?
Its a common line of thought, but one that has no substancial evidence, we have two video links for you to watch, one is a scientific experimient on carpets and the relationship with asmtha, and the other is a doctor featured on the Richard and Judy show. Its always an interesting debate, so why not watch the videos now and make an informed opinion.Click on the Video links below

Video 2: Richard and Judy link.
3. How long will it be before i can walk on them?
You can walk on your carpet as soon as we have gone. We provide you with over shoes so you dont get wet feet. In an ideal world you'l wait until they are completly dry.
4. Can you remove all the stains?
A full survey is carried out prior to you agreeing to employ our services. Most stains can be removed, however we will always point out to you the permanent stains so you are aware of the likley results we will achive.
5. Why should i use you when i can hire a machine and do it myself?
We are proffesionally trained, we have an indepth knowledge of textiles and different compositions manufacturers use along with the recomemnded cleaning products which are only availble to the trade. Hire machine's are hardly adequate when compared to our industrial machinery. When it comes to the cleaning solutions hire companies supply, they will be very cheap and inferior to our specialist products. Unless you have a basic understanding of chemistry, steer very clear of doing it yourself, you may do more damage than good.
6. Are you insured?
Yes, we have a two millions pound public liabilty insurance with "treatments risk" cover as recomended by the National Carpet Cleaners Association (NCCA), this covers us for any unforseen problems that may arise form from working on your furnishings. A copy of our certificate can be viewed upon request.
7. Do you move the furniture or do we?
We ask that you make sure any clutter is off the floor such as childrens toys, floor standing ornaments etc. We will move your sofas, small tables ourselves. For larger items we may ask you for assistance, or that we have your permission to work around them.
8. How often should i have my carpets cleaned?
According to the IICRC (The Institution of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Cetification) you should aim to have your carpets cleaned at regular intervals. It varies from one house to the next, things to consider are, how many people living in the house, the level of soiling, do people smoke in the house, how many pets are there? When we arrive at your home to furnish you with a quotation, we will advise you on the exact routine you need for your household.
Here's a rough guide:
Two adults in a house = once every eighteen months: Two adults and a dog/cat = Every twelve months, Two adults, one dog/cat, and a small child = Every six months.
